He is survived by: his children, Michael Niebuhr (Emily) and Stephanie Niebuhr; his grandchildren, Trenton, Myra and Travis Niebuhr; and his brother Donald Niebuhr.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Runge Mortuary and Crematory (838 E Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA 52807). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
