She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas J. Duffy, Sr. and Genevieve Duffy (Volz); her husband Wayne Cook, Sr.; her siblings-in-law, Thomas Jr., Ginny Duffy, Charles, Mako Duffy, James Colby, Mary Colby O'Leary, Tom O'Leary, Patricia Sundstrom, John and Donna Marten; her grandson Joshua Cook; and her great-grandparent Dick.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Karen; her children, Wayne Jr. (Lynda), Bill (Sonali), Bob (Sonya), Dick (Karen) and Carol of Davenport, IA; her grandchildren, Belinda, Chris Blakley of Ryan, TJ, Adam, Dusty, Jackie, Austin, Tanner, Beau and Olivia Cook; her great grandchild Brady; her brother Brian; and her siblings-in-law, Noel Duffy and Dr. Walt Sundstrom. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (1923 Fillmore St, Davenport, IA 52804). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Katy's family would like donations directed to the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House or the Davenport Area Retired School Personnel Association (DARSPA).
