She is survived by: her husband Dave LaDouceur; her sons, Brett Hayes (Miranda Grunder) and Joshua Hayes (Kayla Newberry); her sisters, Brenda and Diana; her grandchildren, Addison Hayes, Lane Hayes and Xander Hayes; her stepsons, Chad LaDouceur, Mark LaDouceur and Jimmy LaDouceur; and her stepgrandchildren, Xavier, Diante, Gavin, Julian, Drake and Joshua.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
