He is survived by: his parents, Jack Smith (Karla) and Essie Diane Sutton; his children, Vivi, Jakyah and Josh, Jr.; his grandmother Betty Budman; his sisters, Lisa Hicks-Sutton, Tara Tamka (Ben), Angie (Corey) and Jackie (Anothey); his stepsister Jacqueline Smith; his brothers, Joseph Sutton (Jessica) and Jonathan Sutton; and his stepbrothers, Bob Sutton, Dwayne Sutton and Freddie Richard.

The family is asking for loving contributions to go to Angela to help cover Josh's final expenses.
