He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Shane Dillon (Amy Craft), Kelcey Dillon (Daniel Matias) of Vega Alta, Ryan Dillon (Morgan) of Eagan and Joseph P. Dillon (Jessica) of Washington, D. C.; his grandchildren, Shailyn Dillon, Isabella Dillon, Ashlee, Cassidy, Daniella Matias Dillon, Donovan, Eleanor and Evander Dillon; his siblings, Patrick Dillon (Karen) of Dubuque, James Dillon (Lois) of Dubuque, Thomas Dillon (Sue) of Dubuque and Jerome "Jerry" Dillon of Sarasota, Florida; his sister-in-law Donna Dillon; and also, Judy Sullivan (Jake), Alice Prochaska (Tom), Kathy DeMuth, Cindy Grether (Bruce), Ann Vandermillen (Chuck) and Janet Clendenen (Kevin). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family for a memorial fund to be established in Joe's name.
