It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John F. Norton (Davenport, Iowa), born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on May 16, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Norton and Mildred Norton (Hafner); and his siblings, Arthur Norton and Kay Mark (Norton). He is survived by: his former wife Rachel Beeson; and his wife Vivian Hemken (Mohr). He is also survived by his wife, children, stepchildren, 16 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, his sister, Mary Smith, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to The First Tee Quad Cities, an organization dedicated to golf education for youth; the Lewy Body Dementia Association; or Genesis Hospice.
