He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Mae and George Blair (Combs); his brother Richard Blair; and his son-in-law Marvin Morey. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Blair (DeKezel); his children, Joan Blair-Dick (Dean), Joyce Morey (Marvin Morey), John Blair Jr. (Sue), Jozett McCoy (Michael) and Jorgia McKinney (Michael); and his grandchildren, Deane Morey (Christine), Blair Morey (Nichele), Rebekah Frisk (Matt), Amanda Hackl (Tom), Abbagail Breimon (Sean), Ashley Hansen (Keith), Annabell Klinter (Kyle), Emily Hall (Jon), Evan McCoy, George McCoy and Micah McKinney. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
