It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Coffman (Davenport, Iowa), born in Washington, Iowa, who passed away on June 23, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Coffman and Anna Coffman (Simmering); his wife Roberta "Bobbi" Shalla; his son Marty; his siblings, Max and Irene; and his stepgrandson Jordan.

He is survived by: his sons, Dave Coffman (Anne) of Muscatine and Dan Coffman (Sandy) of Bettendorf; his grandchildren, Andrew, Chelsea, Grant, Elizabeth, Katie and Rachel; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Gabriel and Hadrian; his stepgrandsons, Andy and Spencer; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Sam and Keenan.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Genesis Hospice Foundation or the King's Harvest Animal Shelter, both of Davenport.
