She was predeceased by: her father Steven Hamilton; and her former husband Scott Madison. She is survived by: her mother Dawn Hamilton (Dirksen) of LeClaire; her fiancé Steve Wassenhove of LeClaire; her siblings, Kristin Chenoweth (Brad) of Cottontown and Seth Hamilton (Joslyn) of LeClaire; her nieces, Isabella and Maggie Chenoweth; her nephew Isaiah Hamilton; her stepchildren, Payton Wassenhove of Muscatine and Avery Wassenhove (Moises Calderon) of Muscatine; her stepgrandson Ryan Calderon; her mother-in-law Pat Wassenhove of Coal Valley, Illinois; and her sister-in-law Cindy Murphy (Derek) of LeClaire.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at 2815 W Locust St, Davenport, IA 52804. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
