We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2025, at the age of 91, Jeanne A. McNabb of Davenport, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Jeanne had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Jeanne may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Weepie and Hazel Weepie (Wendling); her husband Francis "Frank" French; her son Michael McNabb; her daughter-in-law Tova McNabb; and her sister Josephine Russell.
She is survived by: her siblings, Clarence Weepie, Jr. and Janet Reiger (Weepie); and her children, Rose Brooks (McNabb) and Rick McNabb. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home (614 Main St, Davenport, IA 52803). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
