She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Anthony and Marie Anthony (Meyer); her husband Dallas Jurgens; her daughter Lori Jurgens; and her siblings, Clarence "Red" and Pauline King.

She is survived by: her sons, David Jurgens (Julie) of Long Grove, IA and Ronald Jurgens (Jane) of Tomah, WI; her granddaughters, Dana Moran (Paul) of Chicago, IL, Rebecca Vannier (David) of Council Bluffs, IA and Rev. Catherine Jurgens of Waukon, IA; and her great grandchildren, Dylan and Harper Vannier of Council Bluffs, IA..
