It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Collins (Davenport, Iowa), born in Vinton, Iowa, who passed away on July 27, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Gulick and Eunice Gulick (Clark); her husband Richard W. "Dick" Collins; her daughter Gloria McElroy; her grandsons, Ronnie Tharp, Anthony Lovell and Elliott Court; and her great grandchild Noah Garey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Lovell, Carol Berger, Kathleen Shadrick and Teresa Court (Eric); her son-in-law John McElroy; her grandchildren, Heather (late Mark), Meagan (Marty), Jennifer (Calvin), Jason (Cindy), Colin (Breanna), Kyle, David, Rachelle and Barry; and her sister Marilyn. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces.
