He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Foley and Ina Foley. He is survived by: his daughter Erin Limkemann (Nathan); and his siblings, Ellen Asplund, Lee Ann Myers (Brian) and Reed Foley.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Columbus Club (1111 W 35th St, Davenport, IA 52806).
