He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Parrish and Beverly Parrish (Saunders). He is survived by: his son Jonathan Parrish of Davenport; his brother Chuck Parrish of Dothan, Ala; his grandson Josiah Canaday; his former wife Tina Parrish; and his pet Alvin.

Memorials may be made to King's Harvest Pet Rescue No Kill Animal Shelter.
