He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Appleby. He is survived by: his mother Cynthia May Appleby Sr. (Coblentz) of Davenport; his son Gregory Appleby Jr. (Mikayla Bagdonas) of Eldridge; his father Robert Appleby; and his brother Robert Appleby Jr. of Davenport.
