He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley H. Norris and Blanche N. Norris (Black); and his siblings, Jack H. Norris and Norma Jean Baseman. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Wiskirchen May; and his children, Patrick Norris, Michael Norris (Lisa), Taylor Ridge, Illiois, Jack Norris and Jill Snider (Ron). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter, and two on the way; sisters.
Memorials may be made to the family for the benefit of local veterans, cancer, and hospice organizations.
