She is survived by: her husband Floyd Perkins; her daughters, Sue Kvach (Dick) and Brenda Gruskiewicz (Mike); her grandchildren, Stephanie Ford (Cliff), Ryan Kvach (Jessica), Aaron Forrester (Emily), Andrew Forrester (Wendy) and Stephanie Campbell; and her great grandchildren, Audrey, Evelyn, Kiersten, Janner, Silas and Matilda.
