It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Geist (Davenport, Iowa), born in Chanute, Kansas, who passed away on September 15, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Geist and Leona Geist (Klaumann); his wife Carolyn McElroy; and his sister Lelia Miner. He is survived by: his son Mike; his daughter-in-law Judy Geist of West Bend, Wisconsin; and his friends, Megan, Dan Pena, Davenport and Janice Moody of Vincennes.
