It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel W. (Patsch) Cozad (Davenport, Iowa), who passed away on July 9, 2019, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Patsch and Ethel K. Patsch (Bankson); her former husband James W. Cozad, Sr.; her daughter Ann Simpson (Stan) of Davenport, IA; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Cozad of Colona, IL; her grandchildren, Jim III Cozad (Melissa) of Layton, UT, Melissa Martinez (Joe), Scott Simpson (Katie) and Jeff Simpson; her great grandchildren, Lindsey Cozad, Nathan Martinez and Benjamin Martinez; and her son Jim Cozad, Jr..
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association or Genesis Hospice.
