It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Louis Tharp of Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on July 22, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edward Louis Tharp to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helton L. Tharp (Doc) and Mary Agnes Tharp (Kidd); his brother Robert Tharp; and his granddaughter Ashley Lynn Williams. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Tharp; his children, Bradly Tharp (Sharon) of Excelsior Springs, MO and Brenda Chandler (Don) of Shawnee, KS; his granddaughter Amanda Williams of Overland Park; his great grandchildren, Jackson Edward and Avery Lynn Shearer; his granddaughters, Satori Tharp, Colby Chandler and Blair Chandler; and his brother Steve Tharp. He is also survived by 2 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren along with several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
