He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Sylvester and Gladys Elizabeth Scott (Dingman); his son Kenneth Paul Scott; and his children-in-law, Dan McFarland and Anissa Scott.
He is survived by: his wife Kennetta Link; and his children, Jeffrey Scott (Kimberly) of Ellsworth, Christine McFarland of Webster City and Deena Scott (Jeremy White) of Davenport. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at 3860 Sunset Beach, Montpelier, IA 52759.
Memorials may be made to the family for a fund to be established in Scotty's memory.
