It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolores Gavin (Davenport, Iowa), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on August 16, 2019, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Swift and Mary Swift (Broker); and her brothers, John and Donald. She is survived by: her former husband James Gavin; her daughter Kathy; her son-in-law Merle Gayman, Jr. of Davenport; her great grandchildren, Christine Lewis, Austin Lewis, Peyton Souhrada, Cade Souhrada, Olive Gayman and Benjamin Washburn; her brother David; her sister-in-law Donna Swift of Milan; and also, Karie, Jake Souhrada of Wilton, Molly, David Lewis of Blue Grass, Megan and Toby Washburn of Lexington.
