He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Johnson and Kathryn Johnson (Kennedy); his brother Arthur; and his sister-in-law Sandra. He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Daniel (Gary) of Davenport, Denise Johnson of Phoenix, AZ, Jeffery Johnson (Connie) of Sprageville, IA and Robert Johnson of Gallatin, TN; his sister-in-law Sylvia Johnson; and his uncle Jack. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the church or a favorite charity.
