It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delma M. Steffen (Davenport, Iowa), who passed away on July 24, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fred Jugenheimer and Dorothy Jugenheimer (Koch); her husband James Conrad Steffen; her children, John Steffen of East Moline, Illinois and Dorothy Shogren (Charles) of South Carolina; and her siblings, Wayne Jugenheimer (Sandy) of Arizona, Janet Clark of Maryland and John Jugenheimer (Mary) of Geneseo, Illinois. She was also cherished by two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, where she was a member.
