She was predeceased by: her parents, Jason Church and Ida Church (Wood); her husband Marvin L. Smith; her grandson Jason M. Croom; and her sons-in-law, Michael Croom and William H. Thomas.

She is survived by: her children, SueDee Thomas of Boise, ID, Kandis Croom of Mt. Home, AR, Nancy Stamm (Robert) of Bettendorf, IA, Marvin G. Smith (Erin) of Cape Coral, FL and Jason Smith (Kelli) of Butler, TN. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews; and lifelong friends.
