He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Lovett Cooper and Robert McBride Cooper, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda R. Graham; his stepchildren, Shelley Cromer and Gordon Graham; and his brother Robert M. Cooper, Jr.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
