He was predeceased by : his parents, Helen Lovett Cooper and Robert McBride Cooper, Sr.. He is survived by : his wife Rhonda R. Graham; his stepchildren, Shelley Cromer and Gordon Graham; and his brother Robert M. Cooper, Jr.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 1st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home (614 Main St, Davenport, IA 52803). A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 1st 2024 at the National Cemetery Rodman Ave.
