With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol J. McCleary (Davenport, Iowa), who passed away on September 21, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Groenwoldt and Mildred Groenwoldt (Myers); her husband Dick McCleary of Mark's Lutheran Church; her daughters, Linda and Colleen; and her brother Mike.
She is survived by: her son Tim McCleary (Mary) of Blue Grass; her grandchildren, Angela McCleary-Wheeler (Adam) of Columbia, MO and Christopher McCleary (Katie) of Blue Grass; her great grandchildren, Addison Wheeler and Ayla McCleary; and her pet Toby.
Memorials may be made to the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Blue Grass Community Charitable Drop Off Program, or Kings Harvest Pet Rescue.
