He is survived by: his wife Sharla Rae Burgess; his children, Nicki Kipper Robinson (Lahari) of Davenport, IA., Carl Kipper III and Carlton Kipper (Ray) of Davenport, IA.; his grandchildren, Cashea Kipper, Amayah Kipper, Brayden Kipper Robinson and Daijah Kipper Robinson; his siblings, Sarah Smith (Henry) of Kansas City, MO and Kenneth Kipper (Ranessa) of Kansas City, MO; and his brother-in-law Carl Burgess (Carrie) of Davenport, IA.
