He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Hokanson and Helen Hokanson (Jones); and his siblings, Obert, James, Val Hokanson and Donna Mae Felman.

He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Fennell (Joseph) of Hobbsville, NC; his grandchildren, Jack Henry (Erica) of Chesapeake, VA, Savannah Cody (Matthew) of Clinton, MA and Johanna Copeland (Edward) of Columbus, SC; and his great grandchildren, Isabella and Carmine Henry.
