He was predeceased by: his mother Gail Harper; and his grandparents, Lawrence, Doris Harper, Lester and Madeline Bunge.
He is survived by: his father Craig Harper; his wife Stacey Welch (Johnson); his stepchildren, Brandon Colley and Tayler Welch; his brothers, Brandon Bunge and Byron Bunge (Melanie); his nephew Chase Bunge; and his mother-in-law Shirley Johnson (Moline).
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home (614 Main St, Davenport, IA 52803). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
