He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Elizabeth Marshall; his wife Sharon Low; his siblings, Margaret, Mary and Alexander McGaw of Scotland; his adoptive parents, Mike, Karla Harvey of Maysville and Brandon Harvey (Maria); and also, Hugh, Leo, Briggs, Jacob Olson (Emily Kelly), Addison Olson (Braydon Marquette), Mae and Duane Harvey.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home (614 Main St, Davenport, IA 52803). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
