He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Noyce and Charlotte Noyce (Wentworth); his wife Ann Marie Noppe; his children, David, Michael Noyce of Cambridge, WI, Shauna Robinson (Scott) of Luxemburg, WI, James Noyce (Antoinette Newbury) of Watertown, WI, Linda Noyce (Bryan Sawyer) of Kenosha, WI and Spencer Noyce of Garberville, CA; his siblings, Sharon Saeger (Ken) of Luxemburg, WI, Tom Noyce of Madison, WI and Tim Noyce (Melissa) of Cuba City, WI.; his son Daniel; and his brother Gerry. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to New Kingdom Trailriders.
