He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Noyce and Charlotte Noyce (Wentworth); his wife Ann Marie Noppe; his children, David, Michael Noyce of Cambridge, WI, Shauna Robinson (Scott) of Luxemburg, WI, James Noyce (Antoinette Newbury) of Watertown, WI, Linda Noyce (Bryan Sawyer) of Kenosha, WI and Spencer Noyce of Garberville, CA; his siblings, Sharon Sager (Ken) of Luxemburg, WI, Tom Noyce of Madison, WI and Tim Noyce (Melissa) of Cuba City, WI.; his son Daniel; and his brother Gerry. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rafferty Funeral Home (2111 1st Street A a, Moline, IL 61265, USA). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (4800 Kennedy Dr, East Moline, IL 61244).
