She was predeceased by: her parents, John Beacom and Delia Beacom (Jauron); and her son Joe. She is survived by: her husband Warren; her children, Mark Dirksen (Lisa) of McCook Lake, SD, Julie Steemken (Brent) of Ankeny, IA, Angela Primavera (Owen III) of Lenexa, KS, Sandra Dirksen (Louai Albinni) of Abu Dhabi, John Dirksen (Allison) of Shoreview, MN, Amanda Sheldahl (Joshua) of Shawnee, KS and Matthew Dirksen (Allyson) of Danbury, IA.; and her grandchildren, Annabel, Emmet, Orion, Ione, Zachary, Benjamin, Shania, Zorianna, Owen IV, Joseph, Theo, Hugh, Wyatt, Austin, Levi, William, Lauren, Kate, Leah and James. She is also survived by her six siblings, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church-Danbury (604 Peach St, Danbury, IA 51019). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A vigil service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 6:45 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church of Danbury, Iowa (604 Peach St, Danbury, IA 51019). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church-Danbury (604 Peach St, Danbury, IA 51019).
