She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Seuntjens and Ann Seuntjens (Reimer); her brother Gary Seuntjens; and her nieces, Marlys Wolterman, Cheryl Mellott and Julie Burroughs.
She is survived by: her husband George Powell of Mapleton, IA; her children, Steve L. Ortner (Dawn) of Danbury, IA, Lori Donner of San Diego, CA and Mark Dixon of Diagonal, IA; her sisters, Judy Wolterman (Paul) of Danbury, IA and Jean Barry (Mike) of Danbury, IA; and her sister-in-law Nancy Seuntjens of Danbury, IA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
