He is survived by: his children, Ami Spevacek (Roth) of Fifty Lakes, MN, Ava Roth-Collins (John) of Ankeny and Jesse (Barbara) of Falls Church, VA; and also Little Brown Church. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
