She is survived by: her husband Tony; her children, Stephen Lisac (Pazza), Paula Hibbs, Sharon Lisac (Wayne Dolezal) and Matthew Lisac; her grandchildren, Cameron Spain (Nick), Nolan Lisac (Amanda) and Sam Hibbs; and her great grandchildren, Parker and Madden Spain.

Memorials may be directed to Spurgeon Manor in Dallas Center, Iowa.
