She is survived by: her parents, Derek Mullins (Cara) and Jessica Crouse (Csukker); her brother Bryce Mullins; her stepsiblings, Zachary Crouse, Kinsey Crouse and Chloe Crouse; her grandparents, Candy Williams (Brad), Bob Csukker (Raquel), James Mullins (Karen), Lolita O'Doniel and Matt Crouse (Diane); her uncle Jerad Csukker (Amanda); her great-grandparents, Joyce Hinkle, John O (Brien), Wayne and Mary Csukker; and her uncle Tom Mullins (Jennifer). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the family to use at their discretion.
