She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Jacobson and Anne Jacobson (Griffiths); and her sister Diane. She is survived by: her husband Jason Blome; her children, Aubrey Burkett of Des Moines, IA and Austin Burkett of Dallas Center, IA; her stepchildren, Zach Blome (Laura) of Van Meter, IA and Bree Ary (Shae) of Adel, IA; her brothers, Mark Jacobson of New York City and Michael Jacobson of Fort Dodge, IA; and her grandchildren, Jett, Gage Ary, Gunner and Bowen Blome.
