It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bonita Roan Garnes (Dallas Center, Iowa), born in Booneville, Iowa, who passed away on November 17, 2018, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clenn Roan and Paula Roan (Wineinger); her brother Jerry Roan; her brother-in-law Terry Shepherd; and her niece Dennell Ramos.

She is survived by: her sons, Chad Garnes (Rebecca) and Nick Garnes; her sisters, Linda Griffey, Mary Jo Dawson, Dixie Pickert (Paul) and Clenna Shepherd; and her grandchild Jackson of Aiden, Evie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
