She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Phillips and Marie Phillips (Hawkins); her husbands, Carlton Dean Belt, William Miner and Hollis Cooper; her stepson Lloyd Cooper; and her grandson Daniel Lloyd Belt.
She is survived by: her sons, Allen Belt (Kathryn) of Park Rapids, MN, Bill Belt (Darlene) of Dakota City and Edward Belt (Jeannie Earls) of Forest City; her daughter-in-law Jane Belt of Mason City; her stepdaughter Pam Whelchel (John) of Urbandale; and her stepdaughter-in-law Jean Cooper of Collinsville, IL. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 2 great great-grandchildren.
