She was predeceased by: her parents, John Evans and Edith Evans Jr. (Thompson); her siblings, Dale Evans, Greg Evans, Ronald "Ronnie" Evans and Sandra Evans; her husbands, Keith Hurst Sr. and Ted Larsen; her mother-in-law Izyel; her sons, James "Jim" Hurst and Jeffrey "Jeff" Hurst; and her grandson Johnathon "John" Hurst.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Hurst Jr. (Cynthia) of Springfield, Missouri, Christina Justus (Ben) of St. Joseph, Missouri, Tammie Sanders (Dick) of Mound City, Missouri, Vanessa Hurst of Cumming, Iowa, Pamela Elm (Jeff Carlson) of Greeley, Colorado, Marcus Hurst (Kayla Poston) of Cameron, Missouri and Tony Hurst (Kristine) of Parnell, Missouri; and her sister Dolly Evans of Beemer, Nebraska.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
