He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Koch and Sherry Koch of Des Moines, Iowa.. He is survived by: his wife Sue of Cumming; his sons, Ian Koch (Brooke), Nate Koch and Cam Koch (Lola) of Clive; and his sisters, Kelley Koch (Stephen) of Cumming and Kim Ludwig (Ken) of Plano, Texas. He is also survived by his family and friends.
