He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Benton and Blanch Benton (Cowden); his siblings, Beryl (Shirley), Eldon, Marion Benton and Nadine Nielsen (Fred); and his great grandchild Charlotte Feldhans.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann Cline; his children, Terresa Knapp (Brian) of Lohrville, Iowa, Terry Benton of Cumberland, Tony Benton (Jeni) of Springville and Todd Benton (Jenny) of Farmington Hills, Michigan; and his sister-in-law Ardith Benton of Greenfield. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Ronald Benton Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
