It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larie Erickson of Cumberland, Iowa, who passed away on October 1, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Merritt and Minnie Merritt (Cecil); her husband Wayne Erickson; her grandson Aaron Erickson; her siblings, Iva Kirkendall (Elmer), Ina Wilson (Elmer), Mildred Edwards (Bernard), Dorothy Quebedeaux (Lawrence), Glenn Merritt (Elsie), Carl Merritt (Marie), Albert Merritt (Mardelle), Fletcher Merritt, Geneva May, Lucille Dostart of Oregon and Alberta Erickson of Atlantic; and also, Loyd and Rose Erickson.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Thomsen (Larry) of Edwards, Mary McKee (Jack) of Massena and Rex Erickson (Mary) of Cumberland; her grandchildren, Tracy Porter (Dave) of Honey Creek, Darin Thomsen of Edwards, Todd McKee (Robyn) of Massena, Troy McKee (Veronica) of Massena and Richard Erickson (Traci) of Cumberland; and her great grandchildren, Chelsea Weidner (RJ) of Omaha and Chase Porter of Honey Creek.
