She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Harold and Gladys Spies (Tracy); her husband Kenneth Carl Henkenius; her sons, James Henkenius and Rod Kruse; and her siblings, Helen Schoenbohm (Gib), Allen Spies and Durward Spies.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Marilyn Kruse of Omaha; and her children, Mike Kruse, Sherri Patterson of Colorado Springs, Jan Walton of Massena, Ted Henkenius (Connie) of Omaha and John Henkenius (Lisa) of Bridgewater. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
