He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Hagen and Ester Hagen (Duff). He is survived by: his cousins, Nadine Howell of Atlantic, Jean Kunert of Spencer, Al Hallcoch of Branson, Stephanie Chandler (Ken) of Georgia, Charles Reed of New Mexixo and Helen Crawley of Colorado. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Memorials: To the Delbert Hagen Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.
