He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Destival and Dennis Destival; and his brother James Destival. He is survived by: his sisters, Denise Bredeson (Jeff Bredeson), Jodi Abbott (Howard Abbott), Jenny Richards (Dennis Richards) and Deanne Greer (Jerry Greer); and his nieces and nephews, Tonya Phelps, Amanda Jimenez, Angela Destival, Madison Abbott, Jessica Vogel, Abigail Coleman, Jacob Abbott, Joshua Abbott, Zachary Greer, Casey Greer, Corey Phelps and Matthew Richards. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, and many beloved friends.
