He was predeceased by: his parents, Bjarne Haugland and Dorothy Haugland (Hornor); his sisters, Linda Lunning and Jean Lenz; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Lunning and Paul Lenz.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Doris; his wife Doris Haugland of Crystal Lake, IA; his children, Bradley Haugland (Sherri) of Forest City, IA, Tracie Foley (David Norland) of Corwith, IA, Kent Haugland (Joni) of Wesley, IA and Dan Haugland (Catherine) of Crystal Lake, IA; his grandchildren, Shannon Ottman, Nicole Riekman (Ben), Ashley Haugland, Justin Robinson (Caitlyn), Phillip Lusson, Kimberly Mullenbach (Steven), Grant, Alyssa Haugland, Isabel and Luke Haugland; and his brother Dale Haugland (LaRae) of Britt, IA. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
