He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur G. McDonald and Wanda L. McDonald (Warden); and his brother Arthur McDonald, Jr.. He is survived by: his former wife Debra Lynn McClain; his children, Jason McDonald of Creston, Christina McDonald of Creston and Cheyenne Leach (Devin) of Le Mars, Iowa; his grandchildren, Jaydan Pettigrew, Ethan McDonald, Pheonyx Julius and Blayne Seibold; his siblings, Joe McDonald (Joyce) of Sioux City, Iowa, Leasa McDonald-Vargas of Rolla and Ginny McDonald-Gibson (Ken) of Sioux City, Iowa; and his former wife Debra McDonald of Creston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
