Rod Fry Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2024, at the age of 63, Rod Fry of Creston, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Rod departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Rod may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Rod leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his father Gale Francis Fry; and his son Murphy Fry. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Jean Fry (Beardsley) of Creston; his daughter Bailey Fry-Schnormeier (Blake) of Creston; his sisters, Brenda Fry (Rita Riley) of Prescott and Dianna McClarnon (Gary) of Clarinda; and his grandchildren, Austin Nguyen-Schnormeier and Leona Schnormeier. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
